Berry Medley Açaí Bowl



So, I’ve got the scoop on a simple recipe here for you. It is a blend of frozen blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chia seeds, milk, and Açaí powder.



Here are the ingredients you will need. Ingredients ________________________ 2 cups berry medley mix frozen 1 1/2 teaspoons açaí powder 1/3 cup any plant based milk 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender.


Blend until smooth. You want the mixture to look like a frozen sorbet. Scrape the sides if needed. If you personally want a thinner smoothie, you will need to add about 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until you get the desired consistency.

Garnish with 1/2 banana sliced thinly, 1 strawberry halved, a few raspberries, coconut flakes, and 1/2 tsp chia seeds.



Spoon into your favorite bowl and add the toppings.
