Wild Orchid Bakery is a woman-owned bakery known for creativity, quality, and overall experience for our products and customer experience.

We create delicious pastries, vegan and gluten-free desserts, custom cakes, and cupcakes for any occasion to celebrate yourself, your family, and/or friends.

Shelly-Anne Storer

owner / Executive Chef

A self-taught, 12-year baker, and cake decorator, I am known for my unique cake figurines and classic style cakes with a modern twist πŸŽ‚

​

​​​​​​​​​​​​I was born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ή I started my career in the catering business back in 2009. I have catered for Ministers and local island celebrities, foundations, and small businesses over the years.

​

I moved to the United States in late 2013. I recently worked as a Cake Decorator at a local bakery in Bedford, NH but unfortunately due to Covid-19, they are permanently closed.

​

I thought long and hard and decided to start my own small business 🏬

​

I am excited to welcome you to years worth of learning, growing, long-days (and nights) all while putting the heart of all that Wild Orchid Bakery into everything you will come to experience.

Jocelyne Arcoite

Pastry Chef

I am a graduate from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI πŸŽ“ After obtaining my Associates Degree in 2008, I came home deciding to help run my mom's salon πŸ’‡β€β™€οΈβ€‹

It wasn't until recently when I decided to pursue my passion in baking, which brought me to work with Shelly and the team here at Wild Orchid Bakery πŸ§β€‹

​

I enjoy photography, especially for my fur-baby Fiona, a 5 year old pit bull 🐢 that my husband and I rescued from a shelter in Connecticut.

Corriena Dumais

RETAIL 

My name is Corriena Dumais! I am 30 years old, born in Oregon and raised in New England πŸ I joined the Marine Corps at 19 and did four years with a deployment in Afghanistan.

 

When I got out, I decided to go to SNHU, receiving a degree in elementary education with a minor in special education πŸŽ“ I also studied American Sign Language which I used at my previous job as a direct support professional with adults with disabilities.

​

I have always loved to bake and take on new things! When presented with the opportunity to work at Wild Orchid Bakery, I took it, not knowing I would ever want to actually work in a bakery, rather than just at home πŸ°β€‹

​

I have a passion for cheerleading and have been coaching for seven years. I love kids and love working with all sorts of different people!

Kellie Haigh

Assistant retail manager

I have spent most of my life in the dance world as a teacher, performer, choreographer, & director. I am a fitness instructor and LOVE teaching ZUMBA πŸ’ƒ 

 

Don't be surprised if you see me breaking into soca, salsa, or even some karaoke 🎀 

 

I met Shelly working together at a previous bakery, and coming to Wild Orchid Bakery was a natural move for me, as I love this business!
